　　近日，中新社记者探访了藏族同事的家乡甘肃甘南藏族自治州。长期以来，这里受传统逐水草而居和人畜混居落后生产生活方式的影响，“脏、乱、差”的环境严重制约着甘南经济发展和社会进步的质量。2021年伊始，甘南全面启动全域无垃圾、全域无化肥、全域无塑料、全域无污染、全域无公害创建行动。

For a long time, it has been affected by the traditional living style of water and grass and the backward production and life style of mixed living with human and livestock. The "dirty, disorderly and poor" environment has seriously restricted the quality of economic development and social progress in Gannan. At the beginning of 2021, Gannan will launch the project of creating no garbage, no fertilizer, no plastic, no pollution and no environmental disruption.

　　近年来，当地由于化肥的过度使用，土壤有机质严重缺乏，化肥利用效率也大幅下降。增加有机肥的施用，不仅能改善土壤有机质，还能提高肥料的利用效率，是最利于当下环境生态保护的肥料。达哇央宗有机化肥厂就是集畜禽粪便收购-加工-销售为一体的综合型肥料企业。它以甘南草原天然散养羊粪为原料，在应用效果上能够改土培肥，利于植物对营养的吸收和利用。(王牧雨)
